Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Mash mobile app, published by MyFitTrack (eenmanszaak, KVK 72366095). By using Mash you agree to them.

1. The app

Mash plans meals around a budget, a household size and a chosen supermarket, and produces a grocery list. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Mash Pro subscriptions

• Mash Pro is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, sold through the App Store or Google Play.
• Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before purchase and may vary by region.

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies, not by us.

3. Prices and nutrition are estimates

Item prices, plan totals and any nutritional figures shown in Mash are estimates drawn from the app's own recipe catalogue. They are not quotes from a supermarket and will differ from what you actually pay. Always check the price at the till and the label on the packet.

4. Allergens and dietary filters

Mash's diet and allergen filters are a convenience, not a medical safeguard. Recipes and ingredient lists can contain errors, and manufacturers change formulations. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, always read the packaging yourself. Mash is not a source of medical or dietary advice; talk to a qualified professional about your diet.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the app, its recipe catalogue or its hosting, and do not redistribute its recipe content as your own.

6. Content ownership

The Mash name, the app, its recipe text and its photography are owned by us or licensed to us. You may use recipes for your own cooking. You may not republish the catalogue.

7. Availability

Mash works offline for planning, but recipe photos and catalogue updates need an internet connection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change or discontinue features.

8. Liability

Mash is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including money spent on groceries. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
