Email support@myfittrack.net and we'll get back to you. Telling us your device and iOS or Android version speeds things up a lot.
Mash Pro is billed by Apple or Google, so it is cancelled there rather than in the app:
Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
New phone, or reinstalled the app? Open Mash, go to the Pro screen and choose Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account or Google account you bought it with.
Refunds are issued by the store, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple, or through Play Store → Order history for Google.
Prices in Mash are estimates held in the app's recipe catalogue, not live supermarket prices. They're there to keep a plan roughly inside a budget, and they will differ from the till.
Photos load from the internet the first time you see them and are cached afterwards. On a weak connection a tile may stay blank until you're back online.
Yes for planning, browsing and your grocery list. New photos and catalogue updates need a connection.
Mash's diet and allergen filters help you narrow things down, but they are not a medical safeguard. If you have an allergy, always read the packaging yourself.
Mash has no account and stores everything on your device, so deleting the app deletes your data. See the privacy policy.
